Capoeira is a Brazilian combat dance that combines elements of martial arts, dance, acrobatics and music. It is a fun way to get fit while meeting new people and learning new skills.

Leytonstone classes are held at the Epicentre, 41 West St Leytonstone and are suitable for all levels.

Classes are taught by Instrutora Moranguinho who has been training capoeira since 2005. First in Australia with Mestre Goioere then in London with Contramestre Madeira.
